This week i watched the movie walking tall staring the rock.
It is about a local army hero coming back to his home town and he notice that
it is'nt the same town that he left it is a town with bad cops tied with drugs
and a casino that owns the town. During this movie the rock rises againt the cops and the guards at the casino to get his town back. And it starts by him almost getting killed riseing against the guards at the casino and he runs for town sheiff and wins. Once he is a cop he start busting all the drug lords in the town. Im not going to tell you the rest because i think you should go watch it and find out because it is a really good movie it has really good camara angles to show the movie better for the view at home and the cast for the movie is good the rock is in it and so is johnny knoxville.

I have also seen the movie walking tall and personally I thought it was a fairly good movie. One thing in particular that I liked was how the camera work was done. There are a lot of scenes in the movie in which the camera zooms in right on the rocks face. This helps to give you a sense of the tension that his character is feeling because you can clearly see it being played out across his face. Another thing I liked about this movie is how they used Johnny Knoxville’s character for more comic relief. This is your fairly standard action movie with plenty of explosions and fight but through his jokes and actions Knoxville’s character actually adds some levity to the film. One thing I did not like about this movie though was the fact that I felt it made a mockery of the judicial system in the scenes that take place in the courtroom. After the rock chooses to defend him in the trial many of the things he says and does after that are clearly illegal. For example he launches into this huge speech about how immoral and wrong the things that the guys in the casino were doing, they were selling drugs to kids, and for some reason due to this impassioned speech he is declared not guilty. This is ridiculous because to matter what the reason for it he walked into a building and started beating on random guys which is clearly assault. In addition to that he really injured several of them and was caught on camera meaning that he should have actually gotten serious jail time.
