how i met your mother
I just started to watch this show this week and its pretty funny so far. The episode i watched was the Thanksgiving episode and lilys dad comes back after he left her when she was a child and her husbend marshell lets him stay for Thanksgiving dinner and then lily runs off bacause she dosnt want to see him. So during this episode they are waiting for lily to come back for dinner in her apartment. And when they are waiting her dad destroys the dinner with one of his board games that he made so then marshell throws him out of the apartment. Then marshell goes looking for lily and he brings her back to the apartment for a new dinner and as they are going back to the apartment her dad apoligize to her and she decides to let him stay for dinner. And before they go and eat marshell has one for slap waiting for his friend barney and he slaps him in the face when he isnt paying attention and then they eat. This show is pretty funny to watch and they have great camara angles to show the emotion of the charaters better.

How I met Your Mother is one of my favortie TV shows of all time. I've also seen this Thanksgiving Episode which actually called "Slapsgiving: Revenge of the slap 2." A while back before this episode, Barney had lost a bet to Marshal giving Marshal the right to five random slaps to Barney's face, whenever he wanted to use them. In one scene of the "Slapsgiving" episode, Marshal transfer one slap to be shared between Robin and Ted. When he first tells them this, the camera is usuing a deep focus. This is symbolizing the power each character has in the situation. Marshal has the most power so he is closest to the camera, the next people are Robin and Ted who are being given the gift of the slap. And in the very back, is a freaked out Barney, who has the least power in the situation because he had lost that bet before that day. Eventually, the slap is brought out upon Barney by Marshall after Ted and Robin had realized that the wonderful gift had been tearing them apart. The show has esculated extremely, I'm in love with this show and I can't wait till the fith slap is given.. Spoiler alert.. (I have a strong feeling it's going to be during Barneys' wedding.)
