Paranormal Activities

Last weekend I had the enjoyment of watching all the Paranormal Activities with my friends. With the great music, lighting and camera shots, this made it very enjoyable. Even though it was shot differently, by cameras set up around the house or someone holding a camera, this made it very interesting because it almost made the movie believable. The music had a creepy feel to it with its chromatic ascending and descending lines and at just the right moment, there was either a loud bang or a loud chord making you jump. Lighting in this movie was very different. During the night hours, you would only see the characters and everything else in night vision making things have different tint and it had the shadows look darker and creepier. Most of the angels in this movie were long shots because there was usually a lot to take in. Along with having most of the shots being a long shot, a lot of them were also high angle because they were home security systems and it made the people seem smaller. With the people looking smaller, it made it seem that the ghost had more power over them. This movie was well made and I would definitely watch it again.
